About the product
Pesto, or as it is originally called Pesto-alla-genovese, originated in Genoa, the capital city of Liguria, Italy. It traditionally consists of crushed garlic, pine nuts, salt, basil leaves and hard cheeses such as parmigiano reggiamo or pecorino-sardo, all blended with olive oil. We at Artisanal Collective would like to present to you, our take on this classic iconic recipe.
